DM Capital invests in companies whose value can be substantially enhanced through our friendly activism. We identify and pursue opportunities where value is discounted as a result of mispricing, external shocks, or addressable company factors, and we create value by improving corporate governance; crystallizing corporate strategy; streamlining operations; optimizing the capital and asset structure and enhancing corporate communications. We focus on approximately 10-15 companies at a time, in sectors where we have experience, including health care, media, non-discretionary consumer, energy, and natural resources.
