Founded in 2003, DM Research and Consulting Co., Ltd. (DMR) is our research division. DMR analysts conduct investment research on public Chinese enterprises listed on major global exchanges through independent analysis and extensive field visits. DMR also provides independent research to investment managers. Past clients include Neon Liberty, Keywise Capital Investment Fund, and Anson Group.

DM Capital launched its Harmony Fund on July 21, 2010. The fund is a friendly activist and invests in small and mid-cap Chinese enterprises listed on major global exchanges.

Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Medical Device Group Limited (recently renamed DM Healthcare Investment Ltd.), DM Capital was a leading shareholder of Longlife Group Holdings Limited (08037.HK) between 2007-2009 and continues to hold direct investments in several private companies.
